| Cleaning | We are considering a system of tenants taking turns to clean the house. (For the common space, we get professional cleaning service once a week.) |

| House rules | No smoking is allowed in the building. Tenants are allow to have a guest visit and stay over night (Advance notice and a utility fee of 3,000 yen per person per night are required.) Each tenant is responsible for taking out his/her trash. As for kitchen refuse, tenants take turns. House meetings are held about once a month to discuss how the house can be improved. The owner visits the house 2 to 3 times a week. - It is not allowed to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend. - You can have a guest stay over night as long as the person is the same gender and you pay a fee of 3,000 yen per person per night, please notify the owner in advance. - All tenants are asked to clean the house according to the guidelines set forth by the management. - For the common space, we get professional cleaning service once a week. - When you put out garbage, be sure to follow the recycling rules and pick-up schedule for the community (collection days for kitchen refuse, non-burnable garbage, etc.) - No pets are allowed. - The house is residential and cannot be used as an office. - No smoking is allowed in the rooms and common space. |
